What are the delivery charges?

Fond of Jeans provides Fast Delivery for all items throughout INDIA if your total order amount is more than Rs. 499/-

What is the estimated delivery time?

All the items are dispatched within 24 hours after placing the order, it will be delivered in 5-7 days from the order date. In case of international order, if the customer denies accepting the shipment then the company will not be responsible for any kind of refund or replacement.

How will the delivery be done?

We send all packages via reputed couriers such as Delhivery, Professional Courier, DTDC, First Flight, Shadowfax, etc.

What about warranty and hidden costs (taxes etc.)?

There will be GST Chargeable as per slab and there are no hidden costs. The price mentioned on the website is the final price excluding taxes. What you see on the final checkout page is what you pay!

How do I track my shipment?

Fondofjeans.com uses only reputed couriers. We notify our customers via a shipment confirmation email and text message within 24 hours of dispatching the product(s). This shipping confirmation email will have the couriers’ tracking number and the link for tracking.

fondofjeans.com has Cash On Delivery & Prepaid option available on a wide number of pin codes. We deliver in more than 5000 Pin Codes which covers almost all parts of INDIA. In Case of Prepaid Orders, We can send it to almost any Pin Code.
