How do I search for my product?

 

We list our products in their various category heads on the home page; you can search for the individual category head and look out for your required products there. We have a search option that can be used for a refined search, by using keywords to reach a particular category.

 

 

I need help for out of stock/size/option products

 

It is quite likely that we may run out of stock for your desired product, or its size or option. In such case, please feel free to contact us at our customer care email Id and helpline number

 

I need a help regarding the registration

 

You can order your product online using our website as a registered user. If you are above 18 years of age, and a first-time visitor to our website, we recommend that you register yourself with us. Please add your personal details carefully like name, e-mail Id, mobile number and delivery address, this will enable your product to reach you on time. We will update you regularly about our new arrivals and promotions well in time. Please read the privacy policy regarding data sharing.

 

 

I wish to order my product. What are the steps?

 

Select a product category and look out for the following. Fabric / Color / Style / Length / Fit, please refer our size guide for the right fit and size.

 

Once the product moves to the shopping cart, check the final price once more and look out for offers if available. Once you are done proceed for payment and it can be made by any other mode of payment option from Credit / Debit cards and or Internet banking options provided by the payment gateway. You can pay us using payment wallets as well. This will conclude the process of placing your order. As a confirmation, we will send you an Email regarding the same on your registered email id with us. You can check the status of your order and related delivery schedule in “My Account”

 

During the entire process of placing your order, if you have lost internet connection or encounter any other delay in the process, please feel free to write to us about the same on our email id customer support number.

 What are the payment options?

 

We have an electronic gateway to facilitate the payment. You can use all leading banks Visa / Master / Amex credit and or Debit cards. We also have internet banking options if you would like to use that.

 

How can I alter my order once placed?

 

Once you place an order, we don’t have an option of editing that particular order. You will not be able to add or remove products from your order. You do have an option to raise another order on us, if you want to add or remove any products. Don’t forget to cancel your earlier order if changed.

 

How do I change my address for delivery?

 

If you are a registered customer with us, we offer you an option to get your delivery to any desired address while closing the order. Once an order is placed, you can’t change the delivery address. If the order has left for its destination as per your order, we can’t change that as well.

How can I change my delivery date?

 

Once you have successfully placed your order, we try and deliver to your address within 10 business working days. Our logistic partner will get in touch with you for deliveries, request you to coordinate with them for any specific day, date and or time of delivery that you may desire. Since this is a third party operation we don’t have an option of directing your delivery schedule

Once you have placed your order, we will send you an order confirmatory email id. We will start packing up your order and start the delivery process. At every stage of this process, we keep you posted on the latest action from our side. You can track your order on our website by visiting your “My Account” section.

 

What happens to the amount paid by me gets debited but shows error?

 

 using my credit / debit card / internet banking for unsuccessful for any reason the amount gets debited and we have not confirmed your order, please write to us about the same on our customer care number.

 

In case the amount is not paid to us for a failed order by your bank, the bank itself will roll back the payment. For this you need to contact your Credit / Debit Card issuing Bank.

 

In case you want a refund of you amount, and the same has been paid to us, no worries at all, we will refund the amount to you within 7 working days via a Credit to your Credit / Debit card or Internet banking to your Bank account. We have a mechanism to refund your payment the same way that we collected it from you.

 

How do I cancel my order?

 

Simple, go to your “My account” section and select the order that you want canceled. Please note that you will not be able to cancel the order partially.

 

If your products have been shipped you, we will not be able to cancel your order.

 

Refund if any, will be initiated within 48 hours of your order cancellation and refund will be made to you, within 7 working days using the same electronic route adopted by you for payments to us.

 

 Is it possible to increase the quantity on an existing order?

 

This is not possible once the order is placed. However we encourage you to raise another order on us, in case you need anything more.
